This elegant detached house is designed for those who want to enjoy the house, its pergola and garden that provides spectacular sunsets all year round. It is convenient for going out to dinner without going too far (15 good restaurants and/or trattorias within a 15-minute drive), reading in hammocks among the lemon and olive trees, cooking in the beautiful open space.
The house has a large living room with a beautiful and comfortable fully equipped open kitchen, a large reclaimed wood table where eight people can eat, a sofa, TV, and 4 stools so you can also eat at the kitchen counter. The bedroom is very spacious, 140 double bed and a single sofa bed with a window facing west and a French door facing the pergola to the east. Two full bathrooms (sink, toilet with hand shower, shower). Private parking.
The pergola, about 50 sq. m., faces east so it is not too hot in the summer months and has a living room with three sofas and a comfortable table for six. In the garden, about 400 sq. m., there is an outdoor shower, a large counter where you can organize aperitifs and dinners with a table and two benches in the most attractive area with sea and sunset views. Oven suitable for baking pizzas and meat, hammocks, armchairs. A spectacle the flowering from April to late October. Fruit plants (fig, lemons, oranges, plums, pomegranate).
ZANCA'S SURROUNDINGS: From our house you can get to the beaches of S. Andrea (5 min), Fetovaia (15 min), Pomonte, with its wreck, beautiful destination for snorkeling (10 min), Patresi (5 min). There are several coastal paths (highly recommended in the late afternoon to see the sunset). Marciana Marina (20 min), Marciana (10 min), Poggio (15 min), Pomonte (10 min) are some of the very nice villages to visit and where you can find great restaurants to dine or places to have an aperitif. From the house you can walk down to Cala Cotaccia, a wild corner of the sea through a rather challenging 20-minute trail. In Zanca village, a 5-minute walk from the house, you will find a small supermarket.
